We do NOT offer refund/exchange/store credit for any items that are lost, damaged, stolen during shipment. All orders have full insurance coverage so please contact the carrier directly if you have any issues regarding your shipment! Provide as much evidence as you can to start a claim such as pictures of the package and damaged item/s.!

The buyer is responsible for any extra shipping costs if the item was undeliverable and sent back to the seller.

Items that are ready to ship are generally shipped within 1 -7 business days. The shipping times might vary during busy times or inclement weather conditions. Please see announcements or send us an email at info@biasoulstudio.com to learn more about shipping at that time.
- Custom and made to orders might take up to 5 -14 business days to be shipped.
- We use corrugated shipping boxes to protect the items and provide them a safe journey as much as we can.
- We are not responsible for any damages, held, lost, delayed or stolen packages during and after shipping. If you have any issues regarding your package PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER DIRECTLY and file a claim if you have any issues with your shipping. Any extra fees and charges like customs depending on your country, region will be your responsibility, please contact to carrier company directly if you have any issues regarding your shipment.

- All shipping costs domestic and International are the responsibility of the buyer, we are not responsible for any shipping costs as well as in the cases of any refunds/exchanges/returns or undeliverable items that are returned to the seller.

- After the items are in possession of the carrier we don't have any authority or responsibility over the shipment. Please contact directly to your local carrier if you have any questions/issues regarding your shipment.

International shipments are final. There can be no exchange/return/refund/store credits for International orders. Once the package is in possession of the carrier we have no responsibility on the shipment. Please contact the carrier directly if you face any issues regarding your shipment.
