Returns/Exchanges
All collection items, one of a kind pieces and items on sale are final sale. Only made to order items are eligible for exchanges.
We do not offer refunds due to the time&effort put in each piece but we do offer store credit.
In case of any exchanges/returns, the items must be returned to the seller in their original packaging, unused and in good condition within 7 days of delivery to the buyer. International sales are final, unfortunately there'll be no returns/exchanges/refunds for International purchases.
For rings please be sure and confident about your size before ordering. If you're not sure you can find a simple ring sizer on my website under rings section.
All materials used in each piece is written in the listing description. Please be mindful about any skin sensitivities or allergies you might have as it's not our responsibility if any reaction occurs due to any materials described.
Please explain the reason/s of return/exchange, add pictures of the item/s wished to be returned for evaluation and for us to be able to serve you better in the future. Once we inspect your item, we will notify you via e-mail if your return/exchange is approved. This doesn't guarantee the acceptance of the exchange/store credit .
Please handle your jewelry with care, read and apply the care instructions as much as you can. We are not responsible for any damages caused by the misuse of the items.

- Earrings ( due to sanitary reasons )

- International purchases
- Damaged items during shipping ( please contact the carrier, all packages are insured )
To be eligible for return/exchanges your item/s must be unused, in good condition and in their original packaging.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and any extra charges like customs, taxes, etc..International orders might be due some extra fees upon delivery and it is in the buyers full responsibility to accept and pay those fees.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns, exchanges and undeliverable items unless stated otherwise .
As our items are handcrafted, please allow slight differences, soldering traces, imperfections in each piece as each one is made individually and carry its own uniqueness as well as the gemstones and beads that are used might vary in color, size and shape for every piece.
Each item will differ and none will be exactly the same of another, even the pairs.
The items that are made to order may not be exactly same as shown in the pictures as each item is handmade to order for you unless stated otherwise.
Once the items are shipped and in possession of the carrier we have no control or responsibility over the shipment. We are not responsible for any damaged, delayed, lost, stolen, undelivered or held packages. Please contact directly to the carrier immediately if you have any issues regarding the shipment.
